Where We Ship
Moodvera Tea currently ships to addresses within Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available options are shown at checkout based on the order weight and destination:
- Standard, 0–2 kg: $14.90 CAD; estimated delivery in 3–9 business days.
- Standard, 2–30 kg: $21.90 CAD; estimated delivery in 3–9 business days.
- Free standard shipping: orders of $100 CAD or more; estimated delivery in 3–9 business days.
- Express, 0–2 kg: $21.90 CAD; estimated delivery in 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, peak periods, remote destinations, and other carrier delays can affect arrival times.
Address Changes and Delivery Issues
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact moodveratea@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
